To My Future Wife:

“In vain have I struggled, it will not do. You must allow me to tell you how ardently I admire and love you.”
HAVE I MENTIONED THAT THIS IS ONE OF MY FAVORITE BLOGS EVER?
denisecua asked: #23 Do the things you love, because life is too precious to spend it doing anything else. If you don’t enjoy something, then don’t do it. Spend your time and energy on things that bring you fulfillment and happiness.

I’ve decided I have too many emotions. I’m going to get rid of some. Only one at a time from now on, please.
“This is my final goodbye to half hearted dances My final goodbye to love that’s whispered in fear Join me in this farewell lullaby My final goodbye.” For twenty-seven days I was with like-minded peer-aged Christians twentyfour/seven. It was so much easier, when I was on a mission trip, to push past that psychological wall in my mind that says I should think my thoughts to...

Thought for Today: I want to live a life that is worthy of my calling. The monumental changes that implies are hanging over me, about to surround and enclose me. Let the waters rise.

Just Occured to Me: Why are people so anxious to share the most intimate details of their lives on Tumblr? This deeply puzzles me. I don’t understand.

Read books more than you watch movies, and read your Bible more than you read...
– My mum
I love books.
I spent 49.79$ on Forgotten, by Cat Patrick Thirteen Reasons Why, by Jay Asher (have read, needed to own, you should read) Miss Peregrine’s Home for Peculiar Children, by Ransom Riggs (unaware of content still, may return if its innapropriate) All debuts from these authors. So excited. I pray my debut is as explosive as these.

This verse is my life. Know it by heart. Need it every day. Do not be anxious for anything.

Heresy
buddhizai:
I’m tired of Tumblr.
And Facebook.
I prefer real people who’s voices I hear, not “posts” or “comments” or “notes” or “likes” or “reblogs.”
I want laughter, real laughter I can join in with, not “hahahaha” or “lol” or “what is air?”
I want real relationship; people I have no choice but to work through problems with because we’re a part of each other’s lives - not the pretense of...

I should start blogging out my trip pretty soon. Let me start by telling you that the first week, absolutely nothing went as planned. I had packing troubles and my duffle bag broke and I had to buy a new suitcase. I got sick and I had to miss all the evangelism training to go to the clinic and get a steroid shot as well as a very expensive prescription. And my team got stuck in Paris for twenty...

Thought for Today: Tumblr needs Jesus. My street needs Jesus. Ireland needed Jesus. The world needs Jesus. When Jesus said we were the salt of the earth, salt was used to preserve meat from rotting. Or meat that was already rotting. We are preserving a rotting, dying world. Think about that today.
