Today,
I made a slammin’ potato salad for two. Except I just ate it for lunch AND dinner. I don’t like the picture I took though, because potato salad just does not photograph. Which probably accounts for why I never see it on Tumblr and get inspired to make some- it’s just not pretty. I also boiled the potatoes for too long and they nearly qualified for a promotion to mashed potatoes....
